On Sunday (9 Apr), City Developments and MCL Land released a joint press release announcing that Tembusu Grand was the inaugural new development in Katong for 2017. Of its 638 units available at launch weekend, 53% had already been sold, representing 53% of its capacity.
Average prices per square meter were S$2,4665 with Singaporeans comprising 90% of purchasers; 10% consisted of permanent residents, foreigners and people from China, Malaysia and the US.
All unit types, such as one-bedroom-plus-study, two-bedrooms, two-bedroom-plus-studys, three-bedrooms and even exclusive penthouses were enthusiastically received by buyers at Tanjong Katong Road Development in District 15. Unit sizes vary between 527 square feet to 2,691 square feet.
Prices begin from S$1.248 million for one-bedroom-plus-study units and rise up to S$4.028 million for five-bedroom units.
CDL and MCL Land have joined forces again on this project – their other two joint ventures being Piccadilly Grand at Farrer Park Enclave and Copen Grand executive condo in Tengah Town respectively.
